Mainboard CONTROLLERPOWER Light Off and PROCESSORSTATUS Light Off

The controller processor is dead, more than likely due to water damage or an overvoltage. You will need to replace the controller with an STM32f401 board with the appropriate firmware.

+12v light is off on the mainboard

This means that the relay box in the trap house is not supplying a 12V power rail to the controller. Or it could mean that the connection is faulty. Please double check the 3 wire cable and the connector to the board.

+12v light is off on the PSU board

More than likely this means that there is a bad connection from the mainboard to the PSU module. Double-check that the connectors are in the correct orientation (arrows facing the same direction) and that the PSU is making good contact with the mainboard.

+5v light is off on the PSU board

This could mean that the chip U1 on the PSU board has gone bad. Either replace the PSU board or replace the MAX5035BUSA chip socketed in U1. If replacing the chip in U1 does not solve the issue just replace the PSU module.
